ROASTED PUMPKIN SEEDS FOR KIDS

 
 
INGREDIENTS:
 
  • Pumpkin seeds
  • Olive oil (or butter, vegetable oil, canola oil etc.)
 



PROCESS:
  • Rinse the seeds under cold running water to stringy bits.
  • Lay out to dry.
  • Transfer the seeds to a bowl and drizzle with olive oil.  Use about 1 tsp. oil for about 2 cups of seeds
  • Stir until all coated. 
  • Dust with some Sea Salt - stir again.
  • Spread onto a baking sheet.
  • Bake at 350 for about ten minutes. 
 
Take out - give them a stir - pop them back in for another 8-10 minutes.
